All participating depository financial institutions, third-party senders and third-party service providers that provide ACH services are bound by the Rules. This workshop will take you through each of the 2016 rules changes and give you a look ahead to 2017 changes that may have an impact on your organization. You will leave with a thorough understanding of how each of the rules applies to your organization and customers. In addition, we will tab essential pages in your NACHA Operating Rules book to help you reference the most commonly used information quickly.
